We respect your right to control your data. This page explains how to delete your account, revoke access, and what happens to your information.
Delete Your ARD Sentinel™ Account
To delete your account and all associated data:
- Sign in to your ARD Sentinel™ account.
- Navigate to Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
If you can no longer access your account, send an email to support@ardsentinel.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
Revoke Google Access
To revoke ARD Sentinel™'s access to your Google account:
- Go to your Google Account → Security.
- Under Third-party apps with account access, find ARD Sentinel™.
- Click Remove Access.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile and credentials
- Connected OAuth tokens
- Drafts, workflow records, and other content associated with your account
Timeframe
We complete deletion within 30 days, often sooner. Limited backup retention may apply for a short period to ensure data integrity and meet compliance obligations.
