What kind of reviews can you contest?
We focus on reviews that violate platform policies or applicable law. This includes fake reviews posted by bots or fabricated accounts, coordinated attacks from competitors, extortion and blackmail attempts where someone threatens a negative review unless paid, reviews from people who were never your customers, and content that contains defamatory, misleading, or factually incorrect claims. We never target legitimate negative feedback — we only file cases against reviews that shouldn't be there in the first place.
How long does a case take?
Case-building and evidence preservation start automatically the moment a review is flagged. How long the platform then takes to act varies from case to case. Every notice we file falls under the EU Digital Services Act, which obliges platforms to process reports in a timely and diligent manner, and we track every case against its deadline. You have full visibility into the status of every case in your dashboard.

What if a review can't be removed?
Not every review qualifies for removal, and we're upfront about that. Before we take on a case, we evaluate whether it meets the criteria for removal based on platform policies and legal grounds. If a review doesn't qualify, you'll see that in your dashboard — we don't file cases we don't believe in. The review stays monitored — if it's edited or new evidence emerges, we re-evaluate it.
